WHO WE ARE
The Shepherd's Well provides fellowship and support to clergy experiencing the unique challenges of serving as single-staff to small congregations of various denominations, or who serve in isolated or nondenominational settings, or who serve as church planters or pastors of churches in transition (particularly congregations dealing with discouraging community demographics or internal conflict).
The Shepherd's Well also provides consulting services to congregations desiring to sharpen their ministry strategy and effectiveness through development or refinement of congregational mission/vision/value statements and strategic leadership structures. Additionally, the Shepherd's Well offers consulting services and/or interim pastoral leadership to congregations in pastoral transitions.

If you are beginning a new pastorate or praying about revitalizing/transforming an existing congregation, we offer a suggested step-by-step process and on-site consultation.
If your're looking to connect with other pastors who will offer a listening ear and a confidential perspective, we offer in-person and on-line fellowship groups.
Our most important ministry is praying for and with pastors and others in ministry. We welcome your confidential prayer requests and will covenant to pray for and with you.
